A scholarship programs in the field of culinary offerings from Miele Guide is open to applicants aged over 18 years with or without a culinary background. The Miele Guide Culinary Scholarship Programme will cover the cost of enrolling in the program at DCA WSQ for At-Sunrice to learn basic skills and knowledge of the culinary craft and service in the Eastern and Western cuisine through theory, practical workshops and immersion in the rich and diverse food heritage.
The scholarship recipients will also have the opportunity to become a world-class chef with a certificate or work in one of the internationally renowned restaurant. Now the third year, the scholarships will be awarded to two worthy young talents from Asia. One will be awarded to a citizen or permanent resident of one of the Asian countries evaluated in the Guide with the exception of Singapore, and the other will be awarded to a citizen or permanent resident of Singapore.
