After successfully providing Fulbright scholarships to about 300,000 participants, is now a golden opportunity fall to Ashley Winker a recent graduated student at Murray State University. She received the Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship in Spain for 2012. She was pleased to get a chance about a year for the mission in a relationship of exchange between cultures in the community in Santander, Cantabria, Spain. She will be tasked to assist in secondary school classrooms in the global class.
Winkler has also benefited from her experience of going abroad as the British, Korean and Spanish which will be where she is assigned. At least, she's more or less already know how to interact with local residents. Some of its Fulbright scholarship missions are to provide understanding about the UN, to discuss world issues and the responsibility.
J. William Fulbright scholarship is a scholarship pioneered by James William Fulbright, an American, who had long career in the U.S. Congress for international affairs. Scholarships chosen for academic achievement and leadership potential, with opportunities to learn, teach, conduct research, exchange ideas and contribute to finding solutions to international problems together.
Fulbright program sponsored by the U.S. State Department which scheduled to international educational exchange in the aim of increasing mutual understanding between United States citizens and communities of other countries.
The candidates were asked to state institutions of their choice on the application form, although a final decision about the host institution will be conducted by the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission in UK.
